WE HAVE INCREASED OUR RETURNS PERIOD TO 365 DAYS.
JHR Return of Sale or non sale goods must returned in perfect condition, with all labels attached, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase for unwanted goods may be returned within 90 days and up to 30 days for faulty/damaged goods
A refund would be issued to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all delivery and packing costs. If the buyer has made an incorrect choice of the item JHR will issue a credit note for the remaining amount.
If an item has been worn or used then that item is not deemable to a refund unless the product is found by the manufacturer to be fault or not up to standard. Any returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Items purchased between the 1st October and 31st December are eligiable to be returned up until the the 31st January. All other terms and conditions still apply.
