How do I get the size right?

Measure before you order rather than buying by the horse's height alone. For masks, measure from the poll to the end of the nose and around the jaw; a 16hh horse with a fine head can easily need a Medium rather than a Large. For boots and chaps, measure the cannon bone length and the circumference at the widest point of the leg — this is where the Medium Wide option earns its place.
