Ordering Multiple Items?
Some items are stocked and ready for next-day delivery, while others need to be ordered from our suppliers. If your order includes both, we'll wait for everything to arrive before shipping it together.
Can't wait for some items? No problem — contact us and we'll split your order so in-stock items ship right away.

When will my order arrive?
Every product page shows its delivery timeframe. In-stock items ordered by 4pm Monday to Friday (or 11am on Saturday) dispatch the same day and arrive the next working day. Items we order in from our suppliers take a little longer — as soon as they arrive with us, they're dispatched on a next working day service. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
How do I know if an item is in stock for next-day delivery?
Check the product page — every item shows its delivery timeframe there. In-stock items qualify for next-day delivery. Items we order in specially show an estimated dispatch window instead, and we send them on a next working day service the moment they arrive with us.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, you may need to contact the courier (Royal Mail or Evri) directly.
What if I'm not home?
Your courier (Royal Mail or Evri) will usually leave a card with redelivery options, or attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you've set those preferences.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. Remote areas may take an extra day or two, and additional charges may apply at checkout.
