Common Questions
When Do I Pay?
On the day each delivery is sent. We email you a reminder 3 days before, so there are no surprises, and you can still skip it or change it.
Can the Price Change?
You always get 5% off our current price. If our price goes up after your reminder email, you still pay the price in that email. If it goes down, you pay the lower price.
What If Something Is Out of Stock?
We send everything that's in stock, and the rest follows with free delivery as soon as it's back. You only pay for it when it's sent. If your whole delivery is out of stock, we keep trying for up to 6 days, then skip that one and carry on as normal. We email you either way.
What If My Payment Doesn't Go Through?
We email you straight away so you can update your card, and we try again over the next week. If it still doesn't go through, we pause your subscription and let you know.
Can I Use a Discount Code Too?
Subscription items already have 5% off, so a discount code applies to everything else in your basket.
Can I Buy One-Off Items at the Same Time?
Yes. Put subscription items and one-off items in the same basket and check out once.
How Do I Cancel?
Tap Cancel in My Subscriptions. There's no fee and no minimum term. If you just need a break, you can pause instead.
