2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Contract Formation

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance.
• Your order is not accepted until we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
• Once dispatched, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Just Horse Riders Ltd.

However:

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

6.2 Risk & Ownership

• Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
• Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

7.1 How to Cancel

You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days by:

• Using any clear written statement

7.2 Returning Goods After Cancellation

• You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

8. Refunds

• Refunds will usually be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• We will refund the cost of the item and the standard outbound delivery charge (if applicable)

9. Extended Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 90-day goodwill returns period for unused items.

This extended policy:

• Applies only to non-faulty items
• Requires items to be unused and in original condition
• Does not replace or limit your legal rights

10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected.

If goods are:

• Faulty
• Not as described
• Not fit for purpose

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable.
