Once we receive your return, we'll usually process your refund within 3-5 working days.
Return Conditions
We Accept Returns If:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Return is requested within 90 days
- Item is sent back via tracked postage (use our £3 label or your own)
We Cannot Accept:
- Items that have been used
- Perishable items (including supplements sent in cold packs)
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Personalised or custom-made items
Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
If your item arrived damaged or develops a fault, you have 90 days to return it for a full refund. Please take photos of any damage before opening the packaging and contact us right away.
For items with minor damage, we may offer a partial refund or replacement for the affected items only.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 90 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. This applies even if you simply changed your mind.
Who pays for return postage?
You're responsible for return postage, but we offer an optional £3 returns label through our Returns Centre — a discounted rate we've negotiated with Royal Mail. Alternatively, arrange your own tracked postage.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll usually process your refund within 3-5 working days. It may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can return individual items from an order. Just indicate which items you're returning when you start the process.
What if I return something after 90 days?
Returns after 90 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order details, and we'll do our best to help.
Your Legal Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (and amendments), you are entitled to cancel an order and receive a full refund, including the minimum possible costs of postage, for any items you order, up to 90 calendar days after you receive the item from us.
It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money you have paid.
The 90-day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order.
In normal circumstances, the limit of our liability for compensation for orders which are delayed or do not arrive at all will be the value of the order placed.
