Package your item safely (protecting original packaging) and drop it at the Post Office.
Get Your Refund
Once received and checked, we'll usually refund you within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Return your item for a refund, then place a new order. This is the quickest way to get the right fit!
About Our £3 Label
This is optional! We've negotiated a discounted rate with Royal Mail — cheaper than most standard postage. Use it or arrange your own.

What if my item is faulty?
Contact us with photos of the fault. For faulty items, we'll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I return sale items?
Yes! Sale items can be returned within the same 90-day window, as long as they meet our standard return conditions.
I can't find my order number?
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for "Order Confirmation". Still can't find it? Contact us with your name and we'll look it up.
Do I have to use the £3 label?
No! It's completely optional. We offer it as a convenient, discounted option — but you can arrange your own postage if you prefer.
