This 200G Horseware Rhino Plus turnout rug comes with the Unique barrier technology.

Fabric
Unique barrier technology has a 1000D polypropylene outer which protects the waterproof and breathable barrier layer underneath.
Polypropylene is a stronger alternative to the widely used polyester turnout material.
Comes with anti-static, anti-bacterial polyester lining and thermobonded fibrefill.

UNIQUE BARRIER TECHNOLOGY

1 Tough on the outside
The tough outer polypropylene fabric is 50-100% stronger than the coated polyester used in the majority of turnouts so the Rhino� rugs are light but strong. Polypropylene has good resistance to water allowing the droplets to sit on surface rather than be absorbed into the fabric.
2 Waterproof barrier in the middle
AquaTransTM coating is applied to the barrier layer. Even if the outer fabric is damaged the waterproof barrier layer stays intact.
3 Comfort on the inside
Underneath the waterproof layer, thermobonded fibre fill traps warm air to keep your horse cosy.
4 Polyester Lining
Anti-static and anti-bacterial polyester lining keeps the coat smooth and shiny.

BARRIER TECHNOLOGY - Our unique Rhino barrier technology gives you 2 layers of protection. Even if your horse rips the tough outer, the waterproof inner will still keep them warm and dry.
WATERPROOF - Keeps your horse dry against the elements. Waterproof to 3000mm.
BREATHABLE - Allows moisture to escape keeping your horse dry and comfortable. Breathable to 3000mm for all turnouts.
LINER SYSTEM - Detachable liners in a variety of weights allows you to easily change your rug's weight depending on the weather. Machine washable and easy to clean.
V-FRONT CLOSURE - Eliminates pressure on the shoulder allowing for more comfort while grazing.
DETACHABLE HOOD INCLUDED - Allows you the flexibility to remove the hood.
