The LeMieux Gel Front Riser is a specialist saddle pad designed for horses with high withers or those that have lost muscle and bulk at the top of the shoulder and below the wither. Available in Black and Clear, it comes in One Size and is intended for use on top of a numnah, half pad or square - not directly on the horse's skin.

  • Particularly suited to horses with high withers or that have lost muscle and bulk at the top of the shoulder and below the wither
  • Minimal depth over the centre so doesn't increase pressure under the pommel
  • Unique honeycomb structure ensures the main weight bearing areas are compensated
  • Unlike traditional wedge-style risers, it does not taper to the back of the saddle - avoiding the pivot effect on the wither and spine that can increase pressure under the front of the saddle and cause an unwanted rise in the whole saddle
  • Tacky surface provides minimal movement laterally or back to front, functioning as a non-slip pad
  • Can be used in conjunction with the Acavallo Shaped Gel Pads
  • Can be placed on top of any numnah, half pad or square
  • Please note: these gel risers are not suited to use directly on the horse's skin
