Description
LeMieux Exo-Flex boots are an expertly designed fusion of technical excellence and functionality designed around three central pillars for a performance horse boot. Protection Support Shock absorptionThe Exo-Flex tough outer skeletal shell provides essential protection with its carbon strike guards at the rear of the tendon and side of the joint. Integrated into the body of the boot is a layer of ACF artificial cartilage biometric foam which absorbs and dissipates up to 90% of impact from the force of your horse landing after a jump, or from a direct strike on the boot. Internal perforated dynamic neoprene contours support the tendon and fetlock with breathable bamboo and cooling nylon inner lining and outer 3D mesh. Forward-facing vents force incoming air to circulate and cool the tendons whilst top vents release rising heat. Minimal in profile, structure and weight, these are ideal jumping boots, avoiding unnecessary bulk at the point of passing over a pole. 25mm and 30mm rotating strap widths are inter-changeable with three length options for a precise fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What protection does the Exo-Flex outer shell provide?
The tough outer skeletal shell features carbon strike guards positioned at the rear of the tendon and at the side of the joint, offering targeted protection in the most vulnerable areas.
How much impact does the ACF foam absorb?
The integrated ACF (artificial cartilage biometric foam) layer is designed to absorb and dissipate up to 90% of impact force, whether from landing after a jump or from a direct strike on the boot.
How does the Exo-Flex manage heat and airflow around the tendon?
Forward-facing vents force incoming air to circulate around the tendons, while top vents release rising heat. The inner lining combines breathable bamboo and cooling nylon, with an outer 3D mesh to further aid ventilation.
What makes the Exo-Flex suitable for jumping specifically?
LeMieux describe the boot as minimal in profile, structure and weight, which avoids unnecessary bulk at the point of passing over a pole - a key consideration for jumping horses.
Can the straps be adjusted or swapped on the Exo-Flex?
Yes. The boot features 25mm and 30mm rotating strap widths that are interchangeable, and there are three length options available for a precise fit.
What inner lining material is used in the Exo-Flex Tendon Boot?
The inner lining is made from breathable bamboo and cooling nylon, with perforated dynamic neoprene used to contour and support the tendon and fetlock.
