The Barrier Red Mite Liquid Concentrate is an HSE-approved liquid deterrent designed to be applied directly to birds and poultry, either to prevent or treat an existing red mite infestation. Available in 500ml and 5 Litre sizes.
- Approved by HSE - licence no: 8719
- Apply directly to birds and poultry for prevention or treatment of red mite infestation
- For knapsack application directly onto birds, dilute the full contents of the container in one go
- For ongoing maintenance, use a dilution ratio of 1:50 parts water
- For an existing infestation, use a dilution ratio of 1:20 parts water
- Repeat treatment within seven days for optimal results
- Do not use simultaneously with chemical-based products, as this will undermine effectiveness
