How to Use

1. Brush the horse's back clean and check for any heat, swelling or sore spots before tacking up.
2. Place the half pad on the back so the raised wither section sits just behind the shoulder blades.
3. Position the saddle on top of the pad, then lift the pad up into the saddle gullet so the clear spine stays open and free of pressure.
4. Girth up gradually, checking the pad has not pulled down onto the spine or wrinkled under the panels.
5. After riding, brush off hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush and allow the pad to air dry fully.
6. Wash as needed at 30°C on a cool or wool cycle with non-bio detergent, flatten the cotton fabric and air dry.
