Cavalor Arti Matrix

Cavalor Arti Matrix is a specialised equine joint supplement available in a 2kg size, formulated with a complex synergistic blend of botanical ingredients, glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate, hydrolysed collagen type II, MSM, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and minerals. It is designed to support the joints, bones, tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid, particularly in horses with sensitive musculoskeletal systems or those required to perform at high levels.

• Synergistic herbal blend: Contains Ananas comosus, Curcuma longa, Boswellia serrata, Equisetum arvensis, Echinacea purpurea, Citrus aurantifolia and Tanacetum parthenium, with an additive and synergistic effect scientifically proven in Cavalor's research programme.
• Curcuma quality: The form of curcuma used contains 95% curcuminoids, the active ingredient.
• Hydrolysed collagen type II: Type II collagen forms fibres; this fibre network supports the joints and strengthens the tissue.
• Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): An organic form of sulphur, important for muscles, joints, cartilage, bones and blood; MSM is described as the best absorbable and bioavailable source of sulphur.
• Glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid: Glycosaminoglycans that are important building blocks for ligaments, tendons, bones and synovial fluid. The chondroitin sulphate used has a low molecular weight for easier absorption, and contains 90% active ingredient.
• L-Glutamine: A building block for glutathione, an antioxidant important for the recovery process.
• Whey protein isolate (WPI): A glutathione precursor; stimulates the production of glutathione in the body, which protects cells from free radical damage.
• Vitamins C, E, beta-carotene and bioflavonoids (grape seed extract): Antioxidant function and support for absorption of active ingredients.
• B vitamins: Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, supporting metabolic processes.
• Combination of inorganic and organic minerals: Copper, zinc and manganese in both Intellibond (organic) and chelated forms for bioavailability and stability.
• Lime algae: Carbonated algae containing various forms of calcium with a beneficial effect on bone strength.
• Scientifically researched: Cavalor has conducted in vivo studies, in vitro studies and studies on horses over 7 years to determine the optimal combination of raw materials, with research conducted at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada (2011 and 2013).
