Science Supplements 4Feet Plus is a super strength hoof supplement formulated for horses and ponies with the most challenged feet. It contains a combination of active ingredients including D-Biotin, protected live yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), Organic Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Methionine and MSM. Available in 1.5kg and 7.35kg.

• Contains a very high level of bioavailable D-Biotin (75mg/day for a 500kg horse) - the number one ingredient in any hoof supplement, with the most scientific evidence for an effect on hoof growth and quality
• Includes a high dose of protected live yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) to help ensure a healthy hindgut environment, where Biotin is absorbed; the yeast is encapsulated to withstand stomach acid and release in the hindgut
• Organic Zinc included as it is vital for protein metabolism - horn is mainly composed of keratin, a structural protein
• Copper included as deficiency can have an adverse effect on horn and hair quality; the correct ratio between Zinc and Copper is maintained as these two trace elements interact
• Manganese is integral to formation of the internal structures of the hoof; it is low in grains and poorly absorbed, making deficiency not uncommon
• Methionine is a key amino acid - the production of horn involves the interaction between Methionine and keratin to produce a strong structure
• MSM is a bioavailable source of sulphur, which is present in high amounts in keratin
• Designed to be fed to overcome the most challenging of conditions; once improvements can be seen, Science Supplements recommend moving to the standard 4Feet to maintain healthy feet
• Changes in hoof growth and/or quality can take 3-6 months to be apparent; after 3-6 months the new hoof growth below the coronet band should be smooth with vertical and horizontal growth lines
• No prohibited substances; manufactured and tested under UFAS licence and NOPS scheme - safe for competition horses
• Mix with feed, ideally twice a day, following the feeding instructions on pack
