The LeMieux Kudos Stable Sheet is a 1000 Denier ripstop stable rug made for horses kept in overnight or standing in through the day. It combines a stain and moisture repellent outer with a soft antibacterial microfibre lining, making it best for stabled horses on busy yards, horses on box rest and competition horses whose coats need protecting between grooming sessions.

How to Use

1. Measure your horse in feet and inches from the centre of the chest, along the side of the body, to the point of the buttock, and choose the matching rug size.
2. Fold the rug in half and lay it over the withers, then unfold it back along the body so the coat lies flat.
3. Fasten the angled front closure first, checking you can fit a flat hand between the chest and the rug.
4. Fasten the belly surcingles next, allowing roughly a hand's width of clearance underneath.
5. Attach the fillet strap around the hindquarters so it sits loosely below the tail.
6. Check the fit at the shoulder and wither daily, and remove the rug regularly to inspect the coat for rubs.

Is the Kudos Stable Sheet warm enough for winter?
It is a stable sheet rather than a filled duvet rug, so it is best used as a lightweight stable layer, as an under-rug beneath a heavier stable rug, or in milder conditions. The microfibre lining is soft and warm against the coat.

How do I measure my horse for the correct size?
Measure in a straight line from the centre of the chest, along the side of the body, to the point of the buttock. That measurement in feet and inches is your rug size. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size for broad cobs and warmbloods and the smaller for finer types.

Will it rub my horse's shoulders?
