Description
This has historically been a culinary herb used extensively in Indian cooking. However, it has been identified as a very valuable anti-inflammatory and has been used for centuries for its natural beneficial actions. It is an anti-oxidant with a similar potency to that of vitamins C and E. Anti-oxidants help to neutralise the effects of free radicals. Reputed to be beneficial to horses with stiff joints.
