Charlotte Dujardin is thrilled to announce that she is pregnant with her first child. She and partner Dean Golding are expecting a daughter, due in early 2023. Charlotte said "our hearts are already full of more love than we thought possible" and we cannot wait to welcome our little girl into the world."
Charlotte Dujardin is one of the most successful equestrian athletes in history, winning three Olympic gold medals and six World Equestrian Games. She's also a two-time European Champion and has been named "Rider of the Year" by the British Horse Society for two consecutive years.
The news comes as an exciting development for British Dressage, who earlier this year celebrated its first Olympic Gold medal with Charlotte's victory at the Games in Tokyo. In addition to their continued success in the sport, Charlotte and Dean have also been extremely active in charitable causes over the past few years. The couple established a scholarship fund for aspiring young dressage riders through their foundation and both are passionate supporters of children's charities.
