The Shires Highlander Plus 100 T/O Rug Neck Cover is a lightweight turnout neck cover designed to pair with the Highlander Plus rug, offering added protection for your horse on the field. Made from ShireTex® 1200 denier ripstop fabric, it features a waterproof rating of 3000mm and a breathability rating of 3000g/m², with taped seams and a PFC-free outer. Available in Maroon in sizes Small, Medium, Large and X-Large.
