How to Use
- Open the snap buckles and place the harness over the ram's shoulders with the crayon holder sitting centrally on his chest.
- Fasten the buckles and adjust the 0.75" straps so the harness is secure but not tight - you should be able to slide a flat hand beneath the webbing.
- Fit the raddle crayon into the holder, changing colour every 14 to 16 days to identify repeat ewes.
- Turn the ram out with the ewes and check the harness daily for slipping, rubbing or wear.
- Re-adjust the straps as the ram's body condition changes over the mating period.
- Remove after tupping, wash the nylon clean, dry fully and store out of direct sunlight.
