Cavalor Derma Wash Pouch is a hygienic shampoo containing pre- and probiotics, available in a 500ml size. It is designed for horses with flaky skin, dull coats or skin conditions, and is also ideal for washing new arrivals or preparing a horse for clipping.
- Contains pre- and probiotics to encourage the natural defence mechanism of the skin
- Promotes a healthy balance of microflora on the skin
- Helps good bacteria to gain a footing in the affected area and multiply more quickly
- Inhibits the adhesion of external organisms to help prevent and alleviate skin problems
- Suitable for washing new arrivals in the yard or preparing your horse for clipping
- Can also be used to disinfect tack or other equipment
- Use 30 ml in a washing machine instead of detergent to clean textile
- Apply approximately 30 ml in a pail of lukewarm water; apply to the whole body or affected skin with a sponge, allow to soak briefly, then rinse carefully with water
- For preventative use, wash monthly or after intensive contact with other horses (camps or walks)
- For microflora imbalances (itching, tears to skin in the fetlock area, wounds, skin problems), following up with Cavalor Derma Spray can be useful
