How to Use
- Measure your horse in inches from the centre of the chest, along the side of the body, to the point of the buttock, and choose the matching rug size.
- Fold the rug and place it over the withers, then unfold it back along the body so the coat lies flat.
- Fasten the front surcingle closure first so the rug cannot slip back off the shoulders.
- Fasten the low cross belly surcingles, leaving roughly a hand's width of clearance beneath the belly.
- Adjust the fillet strap at the rear so it sits loosely below the tail without pressing on the hind legs.
- Check the fit at the shoulder and wither after an hour of turnout and adjust as needed.
