How to Use

1. Measure your horse from the centre of the chest, along the side of the body, to the point of the buttock to find the correct size in feet and inches.
2. Fold the rug in half and place it over the withers, then unfold it back along the body so the tail flap sits centrally.
3. Fasten the twin strap breast buckle first, allowing room for a hand's width at the chest.
4. Cross the surcingles under the belly and clip them so they sit around a hand's width clear of the horse.
5. Attach the leg straps, linking one through the other so they cross between the hind legs, and adjust to a hand's width of clearance.
6. Check the fit at the shoulder and withers after the first hour of turnout, and adjust before leaving your horse out for longer periods.
