How to Use

1. Thread each stirrup onto your stirrup leathers following the orientation of the release mechanism, keeping the spiked tread facing upwards.
2. Check the leathers run freely through the stirrup bar and that the safety catch on your saddle is set as you normally ride.
3. Adjust your leather length so the base of the stirrup sits at ankle bone height when your leg hangs relaxed.
4. Ride with the ball of the foot on the tread, allowing around 1cm clearance either side of the boot.
5. If the stirrup releases after a fall, retrieve it, inspect it and reattach it before remounting.
6. Wipe the tread clean after muddy rides and check the spikes, body and leathers regularly for wear.
