Smart Grooming Super Blue is a highly concentrated blue-pigment colour enhancer used as a final rinse on light-coloured horses. The blue pigment neutralises yellow and orange tones in the coat, mane and tail, so greys, whites, palominos and white socks look brighter and cooler after washing.
It is best for show preparation and yard turnout where a clean, cool white is wanted. Super Blue is non-bleaching and formulated to be gentle on hair and skin when used as directed, and one half-teaspoon treats around 3 litres of water, so a container lasts through a long season. How To Use
- Shampoo all areas to be treated, ideally using Deep Purple Shampoo, and rinse.
- Add half a teaspoon of Super Blue to approximately 3 litres of warm water.
- Stir well so the pigment is fully and evenly dispersed before use.
- Apply the diluted solution over the washed areas, working it through for thorough, even coverage.
- For the tail, dip it directly into the bucket and leave for no more than 30 seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly, then dry off and finish as normal.
