How to Use
- Make sure the leg is clean and dry, and that the bandage is rolled with the fastening on the inside.
- Start below the knee or hock and hold the free end flat against the leg.
- Wrap downwards in a spiral, overlapping each layer by roughly half the bandage width.
- Keep the tension even and moderate throughout - never pull the elastic tight over the back of the tendons.
- Work back up the leg and finish with the fastening on the outside of the leg, not over the tendon or the cannon bone edge.
- Check the bandage sits smooth and wrinkle-free, then remove after work and check the leg.
