How to Use
- Thread your stirrup leather through the eye at the top of the stirrup, keeping the rubber tread facing upwards.
- Run the leather through the stirrup bar on the saddle and fasten the buckle, then slide the keeper down.
- Run the stirrups up the leathers while tacking up and leading, and only run them down once you are ready to mount.
- Check the width against your riding boot - aim for around 2.5cm of clearance either side of the widest part of the sole.
- After riding, rinse off mud and sweat, dry the metal and treads, and store somewhere dry.
- Inspect the stirrup body and treads regularly and replace anything cracked, distorted or badly worn.
