How to Use
- Choose a solid, securely mounted ring or fixing on each side of the stable doorway or stall, ideally at around chest to shoulder height.
- Clip the spring hook to the fixed ring on one side and check it has closed fully.
- Run the chain across the opening and attach the panic hook on the opposite side, positioned where you can reach it easily.
- Adjust so the chain is taut enough that the horse cannot step over or get a leg through, but not so tight that it restricts a comfortable standing position.
