What is Likit?
Likit is a range of flavoured mineral licks, reusable toys and baked treats made to keep horses entertained and reduce stable boredom. This collection also includes the Stud Muffins and Bizzy Bites sister ranges.
How does a Likit holder work?
The holder mounts to a stable wall or fence, and a Likit lick screws or clips into it. Your horse licks at it through the day, which encourages natural stretching and grazing behaviour. Refills can be swapped in when one is used up.
What is the difference between Likit, Little Likit and Paddock Likit?
Little Likit is the small size, good for a first try or for travelling. Standard Likit refills are the everyday size for a holder. Paddock Likit is a large 8kg lick made for longer-lasting field or stable use.
Are Likit treats and licks suitable for every horse?
Most horses enjoy them as an occasional treat or enrichment. If your horse is laminitic, sugar-sensitive or on a restricted diet, check the ingredients and speak to your vet before offering flavoured licks or treats.
