How to Use
- Measure around the widest part of the hoof and compare with the size chart before choosing a size.
- Open both Velcro straps fully and slide the boot down over the hoof so the padded rim sits just above the coronet band.
- Turn the boot so the fastening sits to the outside of the hoof, away from the opposite leg.
- Fasten the lower strap first, then the upper strap, firmly enough that the boot cannot spin but without pressing into the pastern.
- Check the boot covers the heel bulbs and does not touch the ground when the horse is standing square.
- Remove after work, rinse off mud, wipe clean and air dry away from direct heat.
